This moist and rich matcha cake is made with matcha from Aichi Prefecture.
The soft rice flour cake has a melting texture.
It's generously layered with matcha soy cream in between,
and finished with a glossy surface created by a rich matcha sauce glacage.

By adding the separately sold Matcha Vegan Ice Cream,
you can recreate the taste of the restaurant's new dessert at home.
