About Shipping
We will ship within 7 days of the order date. This may vary depending on stock availability.
Please contact us for more details. We will reply during business hours from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
・Please note that it may take several days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped, depending on the shipping company's situation.
・Unless you request otherwise, we will not enclose a delivery note or receipt. You can use it as a gift with peace of mind.
・ When ordering room temperature and frozen products at the same time, in order to reduce the burden on the environment and to cut shipping costs, we may ship the room temperature products together with the frozen products, provided there is no problem with the quality of the products.
・All our products are vegan and do not contain eggs or dairy products, however, they are manufactured in the same facilities as products containing wheat. Please understand that they are not allergy-friendly products.
・For those paying by convenience store or bank transfer, your order will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. Since we will prepare for shipping after we confirm your payment, it may be delayed from the above shipping date. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Fee

Standard shipping fees apply depending on your shipping address.
We will generally ship your order via Yamato Transport's refrigerated delivery service.
*Due to price revisions by shipping companies, we will be revising our shipping fees as follows from Monday, June 2, 2025.

Payment Deadline
Please make payment within 2 days of placing your order . If payment is not received 2 days before the scheduled shipping date, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.
