Ain Sof Western-style soup stock

This is a vegan stock that allows you to easily enjoy vegetarian meals at home .
It comes in a powder form similar to rice bran.
It goes well with Western cuisine, but of course you can also try using it in Japanese cuisine.
The recipes are endless, depending on your ideas.

I will provide some recipes at the end for you to use as a reference.
You can also use it as a substitute for your regular soup stock.

Ingredients: Salt (domestically produced), Chinese cabbage extract powder (Chinese cabbage extract, salt), cabbage extract powder (dextrin, cabbage extract), sugar, yeast extract powder, dried potato, vegetable oil, spices/modified starch

expiration date: 12 months from date of manufacture
Storage method: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, and store in a cool place as much as possible.

How to prepare: Dilute 5.0g of Ain Sof Western-style soup stock with 250-300cc of hot water before use.
